General

We are located in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada.

We do not currently operate a retail storefront and therefore do not have local pick up option. All order will be shipped.

Our online store currently only accepts Canadian orders and therefore all pricing is listed in Canadian Dollars.

You will be charged tax based on the shipping destination province or territory of the order. We charge PST in British Columbia and GST/HST where applicable.

Payments & Safety

We accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Interac Online, and PayPal.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Shipping & Delivery

We process most orders within 1-3 business days. Shipping standard within Canada varies from within 6 business days to major urban areas to 13 business days to remote areas.

We offer free shpiping for orders over $50. Orders below $50 are subjected to $5.95 shipping fee.

We ship within Canada except the Northern regions (Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut).

Please visit our US store for orders ship to United States.

We accpet PO Box address for the majority of the products. However, blinds exceeding 72" width could not be shipped to PO Box since it exceeds Canada Post's allowable parcel sizing.

We ship by Canada Post, UPS and Fedex depending on the order and destination.

As soon as your order has shipped, we'll notify you by email providing you with the tracking information for your package. The tracking number is usually updated with the courier within 24 hours.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, we offer full and partial refunds.

A refund request can be submitted within 30 days after the purchase is made.

When a return is not of a result of our error (ie. defective product, wrong item sent etc), we are not responsible for the return shipping fees.

If the prepaid return shipping label is used, shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
